Widerstandsnetzwerke oder -arrays sind Geräte mit zwei oder mehr Widerständen in einem einzigen oberflächenmontierten oder durchkontaktierten Gehäuse. Die Widerstände können voneinander isoliert oder in einer R2R-Leiter (Digital-Analog-Wandler), Bus-, Spannungsteiler-, Dual-Terminator-, Digital-Analog-Wandler- oder Dekadenwiderstandsschaltung verbunden sein. Einzelne oder mehrere Widerstandswerte reichen von Null (Jumper) bis 5 GΩ und haben eine Toleranz von 0,1 % bis 15 %.
